Aquaculture Pond Lining: Select by pond type: 0.5-0.75mm for fish and crayfish ponds, 0.3-0.5mm for lotus ponds, 0.75mm+ for shrimp and raised ponds, 1.0mm with geotextile where gravel or machines exist. Coastal strong-UV sites need carbon-black 2.0-3.0% stabilized black membrane and ≥50-60cm anchor trenches with extra ballast against typhoons. Lining eliminates seepage, eases pond cleaning and disinfection, and isolates soil-borne disease.
