Reservoir & Water Storage: Reservoir basins use two-cloth-one-film composite geomembrane 600-900 g/m² (film 0.5-1.0mm), uprated one grade on dam slopes and stress zones; simple storage ponds may use 0.5-1.0mm HDPE (0.75mm+ with cushion for mechanical cleaning). Sand/geotextile bedding below, ≥300mm protective soil above, sealed anchor trenches at crests, and freeze-thaw regions choose low-temperature-tough virgin membrane with extra slack.
