Rigid Landfill Cells: Rigid landfill cells combine concrete structure with a composite geomembrane or ≥1.5mm HDPE liner; each cell is independently sealed with a leak-detection layer (drainage net + pipes + observation wells) beneath. Construction joints, cold joints and pipe penetrations get extrusion welds with double patches and 100% vacuum testing. Every cell is accepted separately before use.
