Tunnel Waterproof Board: Tunnel waterproof board is an EVA or HDPE sheet, 0.8-3.0mm thick, produced to GB/T 18173.1. Standard practice: dress the primary support, drain inflows, hang a 300-400 g/m² geotextile cushion, fix the board on welding discs in quincunx layout (arch spacing ≤0.8m, walls ≤1.2m), weld seams with ≥100mm overlap and air-test at 0.15-0.25 MPa. EVA is preferred for flexibility and cold weather; HDPE for chemically aggressive ground water.
Tunnel waterproof board is a polymer sheet (EVA or HDPE) for waterproofing road/rail tunnels, metro, underground chambers and basements. Installed over a geotextile cushion and fixed with welding discs, seams are double-seam hot-welded and air-tested. Yurun supplies 0.8-3.0mm with installation guidance.
