Oxidation Pond Lining: Oxidation ponds use 0.75-1.5mm black HDPE liner (≥1.0mm for concentrated or deep cells), with a 200-300 g/m² cushion, uprated thickness and denser anchoring in the waterline zone. Sequence: de-silt and grade, cushion, bottom-then-slope laying, ≥100mm welded seams, reinforced pipe details, sealed ≥50cm crest trenches and staged filling acceptance. HDPE resists the chemical and biological attack typical of sewage.
