Oxidation Pond Liner: Oxidation ponds and septic tanks use 0.75-1.5mm black HDPE liner: 0.75-1.0mm for municipal sewage ponds, 1.0-1.5mm for industrial effluent or deep cells, one thickness up in the waterline fluctuation zone. HDPE resists acids, alkalis and microbiological attack. Install after de-silting and grading with a 200-300 g/m² cushion, bottom-then-slope laying, ≥100mm welded laps, reinforced pipe penetrations, ≥50cm anchor trenches and staged filling tests.
