Shrimp Pond Liner: Shrimp ponds use 0.5-0.75mm smooth virgin HDPE liner (0.75mm+ for raised and intensive ponds). The smooth surface resists biofouling and speeds cleaning; HDPE withstands chlorides in saline soils. In strong-UV coastal zones choose carbon-black 2.0-3.0% stabilized membrane, deepen anchor trenches to ≥60cm and add ballast against typhoons; keep seams away from pond corners where stress concentrates.
