Cement Blanket (Concrete Canvas): Cement blanket (concrete canvas) is a cementitious composite in roll form, commonly 6-20mm thick. After unrolling, lapping ≥100mm along flow, fixing and watering, it hydrates into a thin concrete armor providing scour resistance and surface seepage control. Installation needs no mixing plant or formwork, greatly shortening schedules in mountain channels and narrow ditches.
Cement blanket is a flexible roll of cement-filled 3D fiber matrix that hardens on watering into a thin, durable concrete lining — no mixing, no formwork. Ideal for channel lining, slope protection and emergency repair, especially where equipment access is limited.

Level the base, lay geotextile cushion, unroll top-down with ≥100mm laps along flow, pin the laps, then water evenly to hydrate; keep unloaded for 24 hours.
In mountain, narrow or power-less sites it removes formwork, mixing and pumping, saving time and total cost; heavy-duty wide channels may still favor cast concrete.
The hardened layer is dense and scour-resistant as a lining; for strict containment combine it with a geomembrane underneath.
